Autumn 2025

Journalling practice

Taster workshop with Q&A

Saturday 11th October 2025, 10am

As the days grow shorter and the darker autumn months settle in, it’s natural to feel more introspective and reflective. Journalling can be a powerful way to navigate this time of year and significantly enhance your mental, emotional and spiritual well-being. As an Integrative Counsellor and dedicated Journaller, I’ve witnessed firsthand how this simple practice can be a source of comfort, clarity and transformation. Especially when the seasons shift and we need grounding.

If you're looking to nurture your inner self and create space for reflection during these quieter months, consider joining my upcoming Journalling group this October. To get started, I’m hosting an online taster workshop on Saturday 11th October, where you’ll get a taste of the benefits this ancient practice brings. During this session, you’ll learn about the therapeutic benefits of journalling and I'll share a tried and tested technique that you can implement straight away. If you're interested in hearing more details about my journalling therapy groups or have any questions, then I'd recommend signing up!

Whether you're new to journalling or looking to deepen your practice, this session is the perfect way to discover how this practice can support you during the autumn season and beyond.
