I take an integrative and relational counselling approach, centered on your journey of self-discovery and unlocking your innate potential for growth and change. Together, we explore how family patterns of relating may influence your present-day interactions. Additionally, my approach increasingly incorporates curiosity about the connection between our physical experiences and the ways they reveal and influence our emotional state.

Although I work with all emotional challenges and life experiences, specialist areas include;

Childhood trauma and neglect

Domestic/Sexual violence

Abuse

Parenting challenges

Bullying

Loss, Grief & Bereavement.

People start to heal, the moment they feel heard

Nic gives you space to express yourself without pretense. I always feel safe, heard and empowered with her. The non-judgmental, easy going approach makes interactions feel natural, pleasant and fruitful.

Counselling with Nichola was everything I expected it to be. It was a safe space where I instantly felt welcomed and comfortable. We moved at a pace I was comfortable at and at no point did I feel pushed to speak about anything I wasn’t ready to.

The environment felt warm, welcoming, and non-judgmental, which helped me feel comfortable sharing my thoughts and emotions. Nichola’s approach made it easy to open up, and her insightful guidance helped me gain a deeper understanding of myself and my situation. She's really helped me in the last couple months and I am so grateful I chose her as my counsellor.
